Week 5 is the turn inward. Schedule ownership begins. Learners get real choice over the order of work within blocks. Personal Working Guides get a v2 based on six weeks of lived experience. The studio is now self-aware enough to know what helps it learn — and trusted enough to act on that knowledge.

Where: Day 1 Morning Launch
Specific. Measurable. Achievable. Relevant. Time-bound. The 5th grader version of goal-setting. Worked example together.
Where: Day 2 Morning Launch
The PWG gets rewritten with everything we've learned. What was wrong on Day 1? What's right now?
Where: Threaded through the week
Too much freedom too fast. Schedule ownership has rails — core blocks still happen. Some learners will hear "freedom" as "do whatever." Be specific about what's negotiable and what isn't.
Mentorship as caste. Returners aren't superior — they're further down the road. Frame mentorship as service, not hierarchy.
The PWG v2 becoming an essay. Keep it a working document. One page max. The point is usefulness, not depth.
