First day of owned schedules + choreography.

First day learners choose the order of work within blocks. Reflection at end of day. In Quest, Lip Dub choreography begins — sections develop their visual moments.

The day's purpose

By 3:30 today, every learner has tried at least one schedule ownership choice and reflected on it. Lip Dub choreography has been developed for at least half the song.

  • (15 min) Listen + brainstorm: full song play. As it plays, note: what should happen visually in each section?
  • (30 min) Section choreography work: learners cluster by section. Each cluster develops the moves/staging for their section. Choreographers (the role) help.
  • (15 min) Share-out: each section demos. Brief feedback. Refinement noted.
