Week 4 is "The Stretch Test." The tribe has rhythm now — so we introduce real complexity. Today The Challenge gets launched, and in Quest we introduce the Lip Dub — what it is, what we're going to do, what's required.

Quest — LIP DUB Introduction + The Challenge kickoff

  • (15 min) Watch references: 3-4 Lip Dub videos. Pause to discuss what worked.
  • (10 min) Brainstorm: what kind of song? Length? Energy? Capture on the Lip Dub planning poster.

(30 min) The Challenge launch: introduce the Week 4 main challenge (see Week 4 overview). Get teams started. Set expectations for the week.
